As a cornerstone of our company policy, we will not sell products direct to end-users. Our commitment is to support our only customer, the distributor. Our offices and distribution facility are located in the greater Dallas - Ft Worth Metroplex. With over 50,000 SKU's in inventory, we can provide immediate shipment throughout our marketing area. Customer orders, quotes, and inquiries are processed via phone from 7:30 a.m. CST to 5:30 p.m. CST and 24 hours a day via fax and e-mail. Toll free access is provided for the continental United States. Our inventory is maintained based on a sixty day sales history to reduce lead time and defray inbound freight costs. Non-stock items can be direct shipped to our customer's location or to their end-user's location, so long as direct ship guidelines are met. Every attempt is made to minimize shipping time and shipping costs. Freight discounts are passed on to customers whenever possible and customer routing requests are honored on any method of shipment, where the customer is responsible for the charges.
